Grand Junction, Co (April 9, 2009) Grassroots Cycles brings the second annual Ranchstyle Mountain Bike Festival to the next level.
The four day event in Grand Junction, Co. is a one of a kind “grassroots” festival taking place April 23-26th 2009.
The festival offers group rides, shuttle service, and mountain bike skills clinics for riders of all levels as well as a Dual Slalom and Slopestyle competitions held at “The Ranch”
Entry fees for the Dual Slalom and Slopestyle are $40 or $75 for both events, and include lunch from Bocaza Mexican Grille.
Entry fees for the mountain bike Skills Clinics are $50
There is no charge to attend the Dual Slalom or Slopestyle competition however a parking pass is required. Parking passes are limited and only available at Grassroots Cycles.

Calendar of Events
Group rides on some of Grand Junction’s amazing gravity fed and single track trails.
Shuttle service running all day with drop-offs to the Free Lunch, Gunny Loop, Bangs Canyon, and Ribbon staging areas.
All shuttles and rides will be organized from the lower Tabeguache trail head.
Men’s and Women’s Freeride and Dual Slalom Skills Clinics taught by some of the most skilled riders in the game today. Clinics will be available for men and women of all ages and abilities.
Clinics will be held at “The Ranch”. With seven trails littered with berms, jumps, drops and wood features, riders of all levels will get the opportunity to “farm some flow”
MRP Super Dual Slalom at The Ranch….this aint your Daddy’s dual slalom!! This one of a kind course is sure to become a Colorado favorite. Head to head action begins at 10am.
Slopestyle Competition at The Ranch
This is the event that puts the “style” in Ranchstyle. With a large cash and prize purse, this event will surely draw the attention of some of the industry’s premiere slopestyle athletes.
Pro and Amateur classes for men and women.
Run in a “jam” format. This open format keeps the intensity high as riders rail the course at will for the allotted time period.
Competition is judged by the riders themselves with a few votes coming from select industry judges.
Food, drink, and festivities all day and into the eve!
