News

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

May 20, 2010; Conshohocken, PA, USA: Gravity East has renewed its association with Mad March Racing for 2010, and the first MMR skills clinic and coaching session of the year will take place during Gravity East’s next race weekend at Pennsylvania’s Seven Springs Resort on June 12. Mad March Racing, founded by two-time World Masters Downhill Champion Shaums March. MMR, the racing division of Mad March Inc., is focused on improving race results in the tough world of gravity racing, where a small mistake at the top of a run can cascade into a big time loss at the bottom. Every MMR coach carries an International Mountain Bike Instructor Certification. The IMIC is the industry leading mountain bike certification and has been built upon the structured and proven mountain bike training methodology created through the first ever mountain bike certification program – the CMIC (Canadian Mountain Bike Instructor Certification).

MMR’s two-hour Gravity East Clinics cater toward each rider’s current skill level, from the pro looking to find three-quarters of a second to the novice trying to figure out how to even ride a technical trail section . “We sell confidence,” says March. “Beginners often say ‘that’s too advanced for me’. But that’s what we’re here for. We help riders learn more than they think they know.”
