KIRKWOOD CHALLENGE SUPER-D, Friday Aug. 20, 3PM A Super-D is defined as a predominantly downhill mountain bike race with a finish at a lower elevation from the start, but with a climb or two. Along the way riders enjoy swooping single-track, a carry-your-momentum rise or two and one real climb that rises about 150’ in 100 yards. It’s a best-of-two run format. Fun stuff!
