Thanks for the great review Gregg. I’ve just ordered one of these and am stoked! I have a question about frame size.
I previously have ridden medium sized Jekyll’s, but was convinced this time that a frame size of small would be more appropriate on the Rize.
I’m 5′6″ and 140 lbs. My inseam is 30″. I figured from your article that you were 155lbs. You mind sharing your height and how you felt about the frame size of small? Did you make any adjustments on the stem length?
Thanks! I can’t believe I’m getting one of these! What a great component group, color, and 5 inches of travel at 24 lbs. I started out looking at Scalpels, then the Rush, and now settled on this beauty.

I am 5′5″ with a short inseam and longer torso. I have always felt more comfortable on most SM frames than MD frames. It sounds like you have a longer inseam, so you should be good to go on the MD. I didn’t adjust the stock stem length and never felt cramped.
You will NOT be dissappointed with your selection. Enjoy the Ride!
