The 2008 U.S. Open of Mountain Biking is just around the corner!

Each year nearly 500 athletes from across the globe make the pilgrimage to Diablo Freeride Park to battle for over $50,000 in cash and prizes and to stake claim to the coveted U.S. Open championship title. The unique Pro/AM format provides up-and-coming athletes with a rare opportunity to compete against the world’s elite gravity racers.

Returning in its sixth year, the 2008 U.S. Open will feature an improved downhill course, the addition of a Dual Slalom discipline and an increased cash and prize purse package. Located only 45 minutes from Newark International airport, the U.S. Open venue is uniquely and conveniently located within the largest cycling demographic in America!
