Did You Maximize Your Opportunities at Interbike ‘08?

Las Vegas, NV - September, ‘08 - - CFEpr+ clients Hutchinson Tires, Yuba Utility Bikes, Halolux Helmets and more were promoted before, during and after Interbike 2008 to create maximum increases in sales and relationship building at and beyond the show.

PRE-SHOW PROPAGANDA

Pre-show press releases were sent out for both Mundo’s Yuba Cargo bike (Mundo Bikes Sells Out First Run of Yuba Bike Trucks) and Hutchinson Tires (Hutchinson Tires Leading Road, Mountain and Urban Markets; Hutchinson Road Tubeless Sponsors Tour de Lake Mead) piqueing interest in the market for both brands. Both Halolux Helmets and Yuba received entry into the first-ever Bicycle Fashion Show hosted by Momentum Magazine.

OUTDOOR DEMO

After mounting Hutchinson MTB Tires on a Yuba Cargo Bike, the bike was loaded up with two coolers, chairs for the Hutchinson booth, and various passengers during the OutDoor Demo. Many people enjoyed the bike, the refreshments, and the tires during the two-day event. By the end of the show, Mundo bikes sales had considerably exceeded the expectations of the Yuba staff.

INSIDE THE SHOW

In addition to drawing dealers and media to the Hutchinson and Yuba booths during the show, CFEpr+ clients were treated to exposure in the Show Dailies in various ways. CFEpr+ President Steve Boehmke was also invited to appear on Interbike TV where he discussed trends and happenings with his clients and beyond.

POST SHOW FOLLOWUP

The Yuba Mundo bikes at the show spawned an article on Long Bikes by acclaimed LA Times Journalist Roy Wallack a few weeks later. Hutchinson is being treated to a stellar review of their new RT1 Road Tubeless carbon wheels and tires system in the December issue of Bicycling, the World’s Largest Cycling magazine.
