RIDE GUIDE’S “BC BIKE RACE” EPISODE NOW AVAILABLE ON DEMAND IN THE US & WESTERN CANADA
Today the Ride Guide’s “BC Bike Race” episode became available on demand to 20 million homes in the USA on The Ski Channel and close to 1 million homes in Western Canada through Shaw Video. The Video On Demand (VOD) technology offered by both television providers empowers viewers to choose what they watch and determine when they watch it.
BC Bike Race - The Ultimate Singletrack Experience is proud to share its seven day mountain bike journey through Ride Guide - North America’s premier ski, snowboard and mountain bike television series. Ride Guide hosts and guest pros share their travels of skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking from locations throughout the world.
From now through to September 15, 2009, The Ski Channel and Shaw Video viewers can choose to watch free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Ride Guide’s “BC Bike Race” episode along with all the other great Ride Guide episodes through VOD. This means that BC Bike Race fans can savour The Ultimate Singletrack Experience all summer long from the comfort of their living rooms!
The Ski Channel is the only cable television network devoted to the variety of year round mountain activities such as skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, climbing and many other off slope activities. The Ski Channel is an original ad supported network delivered via VOD, web, wireless, and other means of distribution.
