SRAM Athletes at National Championships

National Titles Decided in West Dover

In the mountains of West Dover, Vermont, over one thousand mountain bikers converged at Mount Snow July 17-22, 2008. SRAM sponsored athletes were first to break the tape, and become 2008 United States National Champions.

Men’s DH - Garitt Beytagh (Morewoodbikes) SRAM X.9™ RockShox BoXXer®
Men’s Marathon - Jeremiah Bishop (Trek/VW) RockShox SID & Monarch 4.2 *awarded at Firecracker 50 July 4, Breckenridge, Colorado

    Yeah, but where was sram at? We’re talking the national championships and they had absolutely zero presence at the event!

    So much for industry support. Many athletes and teams felt that it was a pretty weak move on sram’s part.
