Check Out the Map and Get Behind 2012′s New Trails

The trails you’ll ride next year are being built now, please help…

Dear Mountain Biker,

What happens when mountain bikers stop supporting new trails in America? Simple — we don’t get new trails to ride.

This year I have seen unusually severe threats to trail funding. Fortunately IMBA is working hard so you may still have plenty of new places to ride in 2012 and beyond.

Check out the map of current IMBA projects.

I’m asking you as a mountain biker to help IMBA build trails for you to ride — give what you can to the Trail Building Fund now.

Our crews are ready and waiting to build new facilities for every rider — from easy-to-access local bike parks to mind-blowing gravity trails and flowy ribbons of fun singletrack in and around communities just like yours.

We can’t do it alone. I need you to support the places you ride.

Can I count on you? As mountain bikers if we don’t support the trails we enjoy, who will?

Sending a gift to IMBA’s Trail Building Fund is the best way to get world-class, sustainable trails and protect the natural areas near them.

You will make a difference — every $2.50 you give now puts another foot of trail on the ground — so even $10 makes a difference. Especially since IMBA’s bike and outdoor industry partners may match your gift if we can show them that mountain biking matters to you.

Give now and I’ll send you one of our limited-edition thank you gifts — like an IMBA bike seat bag for gifts of $35 or more, or a stainless-steel water bottle while supplies last.

Every gift earns you a 25-percent discount on hot new gear at the IMBA store.

Our crews hope to build trails all winter long so you can ride them next year and long into the future. Please give today.

Thanks in advance,

Michael Van Abel
IMBA Executive Director

P.S. IMBA has a very limited quantity of stainless-steel water bottles for gifts of $100 or more. Or give just $35 and receive a free bike seat bag. Every dollar you give is generally tax-deductible and earns a 25-percent discount on sweet gear at the IMBA store, so please give now.
