What is it
While best known for its quality bike racks and workstands, Feedback Sports has made a recent push into the tool arena with a variety of useful offerings, including the Team Edition Tool Set reviewed here.
Inside this laptop-sized portable and durable TPU nylon coated zippered case are 19 tools with 25 total functions. (See the complete tool list below). Total weight is just a shade under 8 pounds, price is $250, and the case is designed to either hang on a workstand, or lay flat on your workbench, trunk of your car, or wherever you do bike repairs.
All the essentials are included, such as a pedal wrench, chain tool, various hex wrenches, steel core tire levers, cassette lockring and BB wrench, and even a dual-sided pick. There’s also some clever integration. For instance, the cable cutters also have a crimper, the cassette lockring/BB wrench can be used as a centerlock brake rotor tool, and the #0 Phillips screwdriver doubles as a Shimano crank preload cap tool.
Also many of the tools have over-molded handles that are styled after file tread bike tires that increase comfort and grip. And when you’re ready to expand your collection, there is additional tool storage that’s ideal for a T-handle set.

Mtbr’s Take
Whether you’re looking to kickstart a home tool collection, or want an inclusive kit to take on the road, the Feedback Sports Team Edition is a great option. The tools are well made, handle well, and look good. And the included case has a folding rod that holds it open whether hanging on a workstand or laid flat on your campsite picnic table.
As you can see from the list above, nearly all of the key tools are included. I especially love the cassette pliers, which are a giant leap forward from the old-school chainwhip. This kit is also very mountain bike friendly with the inclusion of tools such as a Presta valve core remover, rotor truer, and brake pad spreader.
The only real miss is the lack of a torque wrench. Sure, a full-blown model with multiple settings and bits would bump price a fair bit. But why not throw in a 4mm hex that’s set at 5nm, which could handle many if not most cockpit and seatpost tightening tasks.

The two-ended pick is handy for opening up cable housing after it’s been cut. You can also use it to clean gunked-up screw and bolt threads.
Bottom line, this is a great bike tool kit that would make any home or traveling mechanic happy at the holidays. Hint, hint.

WOOW
You have read my mind.
I have always imagined a tool kit that can be placed in the bike trail ,a Complete Trail Tool Station Product.
Also the tools can be replaced individually by fellow riders, when they got damage or lost ( please sell each tool individually for this purpose ) no mountain biker steels tools so no chains or cables required.
Really like your product and the concept.
definitely want one for my local Bike Trail.
Good luck.
Maybe a big pocket somewhere , people some times are in a hurry and don’t have time or patience to put each tool in their specific place, I you are in a hurry you can just throw it in the pocket and go riding.
You realize that is shamefully lazy and twice as much work right.
