Saw these (Mesa MP) at the Pedal Nation show in Portland. Super cool, great bearings and two pair sold while I was checking them out.

Fyxation seems to have a good thing going at good prices. Nice to see from a small company…

Just another rebranding of the HT pedal. Seriously, is it worth talking about companies that just buy it from HT and put their own sticker on the product? Whether it be Deity, Nukeproof, or Mesa?

  • DrB says:

You are right the Nukeproofs are a clone or copy, made in tha same house in Taiwan as some one had stated. The Fyxation ones are a bit different, you get some stainless pins (more pins actually) in a slightly different layout. The bast part about all of this is that in one area of the globe you can get the Nukeproofs fairly easy, in another the HT, and maybe someones LBS carries fyxation, so they do not have to pay an arm and a leg to get ship from overseas! I know my LBS carries these, and before I spend a fortune on shipping some black NP pedals I will buy these instead and be just as happy! More for everyone, is a good thing keeps us all on our wheels.
