Jenson USA is preparing to relocate our corporate headquarters and will-call center from Ontario to Riverside. The move will take place April 9-12, during which time our website and telephone support may be intermittently unavailable while we relocate our inventory and data center.
We wanted to take a moment to answer some common questions pertaining to our move, and how it will impact you (the vast majority of customers will not be impacted at all):

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1.) How will the move impact the processing of my order?
Great news! There will be no impact on the vast majority of orders, and only a small impact on others. Our primary shipping warehouse will close early (Noon on April 9th) to begin the move. Domestic orders for “in stock” items placed after Noon on Friday will instead ship Monday. And orders placed for in-store pickup at one of our 2 Southern California locations may take 2-3 business days longer than usual before they are ready for pickup.
As always, we will show your actual delivery day based on the items you’ve selected, shipping address, and shipping method at checkout. The days shown reflect the additional time, if any, needed to process your order during our move.
We’re so confident that our dates are accurate that we’re guaranteeing on-time delivery of your purchase during our move. If we fail to meet them for any reason, we’ll give you a $10 Jenson USA money card (more info)*
2.) Where is the new building located?
Our new corporate HQ, primary distribution center, and will-call center will be located at:

3.) When does the new will-call location open?
The new location will be open for business on Tuesday, April 13th. We’ll also be hosting a Grand Opening party on Saturday, May 22nd with demo bikes from multiple brands, vendor booths, food + drink, etc. Hope to see you there.
4.) When does the old Ontario will-call location close?
After Friday, April 9th at Noon there will be no inventory available at Ontario. Pickups of prepaid online or telephone orders will be available at Ontario until Saturday, April 17th. On Sunday, April 18th, the Ontario will-call center will be closed permanently, and any orders which have not been picked up will be transferred to our Riverside location. Following the closure of the Ontario location on April 18th, we invite you to visit us at our Corona Superstore (91 Freeway at Serfas Club) or new Riverside Will-Call location.
5.) Why are you moving?
We’re out of space! We want to provide you with the highest level of service and need more square footage for our warehouse, employees, and will-call center in order to do that.
6.) What’s great about Riverside?
You’re going to love our new location! We’ve got much more space to work with and the location is super. It’s right off the freeway and best of all, located immediately adjacent to the Sycamore Canyon Park riding area. You can park in our lot and be on the trail in 30 seconds. Road riding is great, too – Riverside recently received the Bicycle Friendly Community Award at the Bronze level from the League of American Bicyclists.
7.) How about the Corona store?
Operations at our Corona, CA Superstore will continue as usual with normal operating hours during the move. Orders placed between April 1-9 with “In-store pickup” at Corona selected as the delivery method may have a slightly longer lead time before they are ready for pickup.

Items/shipments which show an estimated delivery date of “Unknown” at checkout are excluded from this offer – one or more of the items you’ve selected is not ready for immediate shipment, and we therefore cannot quote a reliable date.
The $10 Jenson USA money card is good toward a future purchase, and cannot be combined with any other offer. One money card may be used per purchase. Please note that changing your order after placing it online could delay the delivery beyond the original promised date, and these orders are not eligible under the guarantee. The guarantee applies to any delay under our control (for example: if your order is delayed because we were unable to charge your credit card, this would not qualify).
