Lazer Sport showed off several new features on familiar models. On the MTB side of things, there were some updates to the XC-style Nirvana as well as the all-mountain Oasiz (with built-in GoPro mount). The hi-viz Flash Yellow is quite the rage these days with even some clothing manufacturers featuring the "eye-catching" color in their lineup.
In this video, Chris from Lazer Sports shows us the highlights of these two helmets:

The Lazer Sport Oasiz all-mountain helmet has increased coverage (vs. the XC helmets) over the rear of the head. This year, the Oasiz has a coated cable system on the Rollsys to provide smoother adjustments. The new hotness is the GoPro mount built in directly to the helmet on the Flash Yellow model. If you don't use a GoPro, the mount screws off and a standard cap fits in. The Oasiz is worn by Brian Lopes and comes in 3 signature designs (white/blue, grey/orange, black/green) and if the Flash Yellow isn't to your liking, the Oasiz is also available in: white, black mat, pink/silver, white/silver and white/red.
The Oasiz features:
[*]MTB designed top helmet
[*]Magic buckle (magnets for retention)
[*]Rollsys® Retention System (easy to use roller that tightens and loosens the fit)
[*]Adjustable head basket
The Oasiz is constructed by using an In-Mold (3 pieces) technique, has 21 vents, is CE - CPSC - AS certified, weights 285 grams (size MD) and comes in MD and LG.
Suggested retail on the GoPro Integrated Camera Mount will be $10 USD. The Lazer Oasiz Flash Yellow All Mountain Helmet will be available in August 2012 and the GoPro Integrated Camera Mount for Oasiz helmets will be available in September 2012.

Lazer Sport Nirvana - XC MTB helmet
The XC-oriented Nirvana has the same features as the Oasiz but is 30 grams lighter due to having less material at the rear of the helmet. It also features 21 vents and other colors besides the Flash Yellow are: Black Camo, Sold Green, Blue/White, Titanium Camo and White Camo. The Nirvana also gets the updated adjustable rear basket for 2012.
Both the Oasiz and Nirvana (2012 versions) are currently available at your local Lazer Sport dealer. Pricing is: Oasiz $140 (Brian Lopes edition: $150) and the Nirvana is $160 MSRP.
Road Helmet: Lazer Helium with Magneto Eyewear and Integrated Rear Light
On the road side, new features for 2012 are some updates to the Magneto integrated eyewear system on certain Lazer road cycling helmets. Introduced last year, the Magneto now features clips on top of the helmet for giving a convenient spot to place the eyewear on your head when not wearing them on your face.
Also new this year is an integrated rear tail light that fits directly into the back of the Rollsys system on ANY Lazer Sport model.
