Kirk Pacenti is an influential guy. On our first day a the show, we saw a lot of 650B wheeled bikes. This new wheel size has gained a lot of acceptance over the last year thanks to Kirk’s perseverance. We also saw a lot of lugged frames using Kirk’s lugs. Kirk has been around the industry and is a key driver in the areas he believes in.

The other side of the business is lugs. Some lugs are very intricate. Some are simple and serve as a canvas for frame builders to customize even further.
