Their customer service post sale is awful, they lie just snuff to make a sale, but when the time comes to start delivering on their sales tactics/comments/promises they just don’t care any more how can they go from it will be assembled tomorrow to the day after that “we will start working on it tomorrow afternoon, so it should be ready the day after that in the late afternoon”. are you kidding me!
I just tried to return a $130.00 helmet that I purchased three days, with cash and I had my receipt. The owner/manager of this store told me that he doubts there is enough cash in the store to refund my purchase. I waited patiently as the owner/manager came out from the back to open the register… He was very rude to me for no reason (other than that I was returning something, I guess?) and treated me like I should have known that a store that has millions of dollars worth of merchandise and sells $5,000.00 bikes in the store would not have a little over $100 cash in their cash register on a Thursday… He told me I would have to come back on a Saturday if I wanted to return my helmet… Unbelievable, this business is a joke… I highly doubt this store will stay in business with the way their employees treat their customers… no wonder there is a ‘help wanted’ sign out front, who would want to work in that kind of environment.. I have never left from any kind of retail experience with such a salty taste in my mouth. Nice business model guys!
