The Hive, manufacturer of high end cycling components, is proud to announce sponsorship of one of the most storied teams in cycling history; Amore e Vita. For the 2010 racing season, Amore e Vita will be aboard the new Revl Carbon brakes, engineered and manufactured by the Hive. The lightweight Revl stoppers will be competently handling braking duties on the teams racing and TT bikes.

“We are very excited to have the opportunity to work Amore e Vita. The rich history of the team and the passion which the Fanini family has for cycling are undeniable. We are looking forward to a very successful 2010 season”, said Chris Costello, Sales and Marketing manager for The Hive. “Our engineers have designed quite a few different parts which have been raced and tested in all the major classics and grand tours – however, this is the first time one those parts will be labeled under a brand which is our own. It is a very exciting time for us!”

“This new partnership greatly excites all of us. We are really proud to work with a company like The Hive. These brakes are today, without any doubt, the best in the market”, said Cristian Fanini of Amore E Vita. “All my athletes, even the most demanding as our leader Yuriy Metlushenko, were impressed by their lightness and stiffness. The braking is linear and direct. Never had such a great product before. We are all really pleased and we could not think of finding better brakes in the world than this. I hope the cooperation will continue also in the next years so that we could be for the Hive a vehicle to promote and test all their new products”.
