Few of us have tools as clean as Seth to work on food but the peanut butter and jelly advice is sound.

From tubeless sealant to nutrition, Seth covers a wide array of useful and cheap hacks for the mountain biker.

Seth is a great curator of hacks or ‘workarounds’ as he filters through the sea of clutter to deliver the ones that make sense and solve a bike-related problem. We like this set and agree with pretty much all of them. Although few of us have bike tools clean enough to make a sandwich.
