Video: Cameron Zink’s Manizales Urban Downhill Run

Race Coverage

This video is helmet cam footage of Cameron Zink’s run during the Urban Downhill Race in Manizales, Colombia. The crowds are massive and the speeds are incredible. Cam rips up the course with it’s very unique features including a hundred concrete stairs, a big wall ride, a double chicane (that barely slows him down) and man-made jumps including a sick kicker at the end. Back flips are always cool when viewed from a helmet camera and Zink doesn’t disappoint. At the very end of his run, he busts a huge back flip to please the crowd. Watch out for those puppies!

Cam and Kyle Strait put in solid runs but it was Mitch Ropelato who was the top American coming in 3rd.

1st place winner Marcelo Gutierrez (COL)
2nd place Mario Jarrin (ECU)
3rd place Mitch Ropelato (USA)
4th place Rafael Gutierrez (COL)
5th place Mauricio Estrada (COL)
