The first annual Enduro2 race (as in teams of two) went down recently in the French Alps, with almost 200 riders tackling a monster course with 15 stages and over 39,000 feet of descending over three days. Timed sections of this Stages Cycling-sponsored event included trails in the superb Les Arcs Bikepark, as well as branching out into tough, relentlessly steep natural paths and tracks in the area. Blazing sunshine and high temperatures made for dry and dusty conditions, and when the clouds of dust and loam settled, the fastest male team was a duo from WorldofMTB.de, Daniel Eiermann and Jakob Breitwieser. Check out this slick edit to see some of the event’s highlights.

Full results can be found here. You can read a great event write-up from Stages Cycling PR/fastman Matt Pacocha here. For more information about the race, visit trailaddiction.com/enduro2.
