When riding a bike one of the most important things is to have a comfortable saddle. To facilitate this Selle Italia has created a fit system called the IDMATCH that can help any cyclist find the right saddle for their body type and needs.

In this episode of the Vittoria How-To Series, we turn to Lindsey Voreis of the LIV Ladies AllRide Mountain Bike Skills Clinics. Along with co-instructors Meredith and Summer, she’ll help walk you through the process of finding the right Selle Italia saddle.

The IDMATCH takes your hip width, thigh width, and back angle, and then feeds that information into a database to determine the correct saddle. The whole process takes just a few minutes. In Lindsey’s case, the right saddle combines a subtle amount of cushion with a center cut-out to maximize blood flow. But no matter what your body type is, Selle Italia has a saddle for you.
