Hutchinson Tires launches dealer direct program in the US market

Trenton, New Jersey, October 30, 2012—Hutchinson Tires launches dealer direct program in the US market. Hutchinson’s first regional rep is Rahsaan Bahati who will cover the Southern California territory.Kevin Buchet, Hutchinson’s North American Sales and Marketing Manager confirms, “This new endeavor will put Hutchinson tires and products in front of dealers and ultimately in front of consumers. Our new rep based sales-marketing strategy will offer technical presentations to retail shops as well as the opportunity to place direct program orders. We’re convinced that this direct to dealer program model will be the most effective way to demonstrate Hutchinson’s technical prowess (Road Tubeless, UST and Serenity flat-proof tires) and Hutchinson’s “Made in France” quality. We’re combining this strategy with an across the board 25% average msrp price reduction for road tires and 10% for MTB tires. Please note that this strategy will not replace Hutchinson distributors as sales channels to shops but only reinforce their sales efforts.”

Rahsaan Bahati is a preeminent North American road and track racer.
