In the short film Spirit of Enduro, New Zealand enduro racer Eddie Masters shows us the secret training regimen of extreme nutrition, tire rolling and course cutting he believes will propel him to the top of the 2014 Enduro World Series podium. After watching the video, it’s hard to argue with him.

Masters believes full safety is a must, even when riding a stationary trainer. Here he trains in a motorcycle helmet in case something goes awry on his trainer.

Course cutting is one of keys to putting in fast times, according to Masters. Here he absolutely slays the course tape.

No doubt about his commitment but you have a course so cutting the course is not playing ball.
